Introduction: Hi, I'm Kristzan. I love to cook gourmet food. I have my degree in culinary arts. I've been working in restaurants in Seattle for almost 3 years and currently a sous chef in a catering company; that's why I can assure you that the quality I can give you is fine cuisine. I specialize in Asian cuisine with a Pacific Northwest flare, but I can still cook whichever cuisine that meets of the needs of your palate. Be it appetizers, entrees, desserts, hors d'oeuvres, or comfort food, tell me what you want on your special day, and we'll negotiate.
