- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would offer some references of current and past customers. Then I would get in contact with a new customers to arrange a good time to meet and discuss the job or set up a time that works for them over the phone. I always try to call or message to confirm a scheduled cleaning with the customer 24 hours in advance. I can also provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean, and if needed I can help out with other tasks or side jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Molly Maid and that was OK I didn't like cleàning with other maids as I often had to go over there work. I take pride in a job well done. MJs Housekeeping was a little bit different, I was independently contracted through them and I did not get to chose the jobs and was working all over the place, and I had a pay them a percentage of what I made which was alright when i first started. I was working to hard and paying them to much. I know how to clean and my goal is to clean so well there is no hesitation to have me back. plus I am a mother of two kids and thats a constant housekeeping job. I am very picking on how my own house is kept and like it to smell good, be tidy and kept organized.
