- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $150 trip charge for the first hour. This charge covers my time driving to the job and going to get any parts that i might need before i arrive and $100 an hour for every hour after. I provide free estimates and wave the trip charge for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first talk over the phone than set up a meeting to meet in person to discuss the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
be sure to talk to multiple contractors and get multiple bids. check for examples of previous work.
