Introduction: I provide speed training for all sports, football,soccer,track, lacrosse etc.
Any sport that involves short burst of speed.
I work on acceleration skills, form and technique, this will also involve agility and quickness.
Agility and quickness is evolved from your acceleration, so if your acceleration skills are not perfected your agility and quickness will suffer.
These are the areas where I will first focus for the athlete so that he/she will be able to put their best effort forth for their sport.
I am a high school sprints coach and I compete at the sprints myself.
I also am certified as a level 1 coach through the USATF.
