We needed pressure washing on our 3 story house and we just needed the vinyls done as they were grimy. Gary came out and gave us a quote and answered all my questions in detail. My husband wanted to hire him on the spot. Within one day of communication we hired him and the job was done. He was very detailed on our sidings and brick stamped driveway! Where he felt wasn't as clean, he offered a discount. But we were satisfied with his work, we didn't take the discount. Highly recommend Gary and his team for their honesty and detailed work. Thank you!
Chris made repairs to a deck, railings and patio support. He did a good job at a fair price and performed all tasks in an efficient manner.
Dave, Matias and the team at TransBlue were amazing to work with throughout our project. They adapted to changes as the project scope shifted and provided valuable expertise in completing our project so that it is functional and beautiful. Our project included demo of existing deck and paved patio, building new composite deck, installing new deck rails, design and construction of new stamped concrete patio, installing a covered area including electrical work for power and lighting. When something didn’t turn out as expected they resolved the situation immediately. We highly recommend Transblue to anyone who is considering a large or small project to enhance the beauty and value of their property.
Prestige Gardens and his owner Cully deserves my highest recommendation for the following reasons - Ownership: Cully owned the project to deliver on time and with quality Engagement: He kept me fully transparent of the progress and engaged me to suggest changes and even ask opinions on choice of materials. Quest for Quality: He looked around and identified the few things that he would like to do to ensure overall bigger value. He trimmed my backyard trees to the right size even when it was not in scope. He also indicated his displeasure on a few overgrown vegetation in my front yard (totally unrelated work) and offered to trim them without bothering for extra money. Timeliness: Our original estimate was within 7 to 10 days, he completed in 7 days. Proper closure: Post project during the walkthrough we identified a few gaps. While some were by myself, a few were noted by him. With trust, I paid him the second and the last payment but he did appear again a few days later to close the gaps. This included buying some extra materials (pavers, glues, sand) as well as labor. Professionalism: He is the only person amongst 6 other contractors I talked to, who provided me a proper hand drawn sketch with exact sizes, and a detailed breakdown of the cost. His talk and all dealings were sincere and professional. He and his crew were meticulous and hard working. Can work in uncertainties: Our project included dismantling a deck and we were not sure of the ground below it. With certain assumptions we came up with the original estimate. After dismantling the deck, we found that there was hard concrete below and big roots under the soil and concrete. This needed extra work and material. He discussed with me the contingency plans but kept costs in control and did not charge me an extra penny.
Dustin Concrete was helping us to put a new driveway and a concrete patio on our backyard. When we started we did not know how the final product should look like and had a plenty of questions. We have been impressed with the level of service provided by Dustin. He provided us with useful information about the project and also offered some suggestion on how to make the project better and cost efficient. Dustin was always on time and he communicated every detail of the project, so we knew what exactly is going on and what to expect during the next stage. As to the quality of work, we love the end product and would recommend his services to our friends and family.
Benny, David, and Gina got on a job of first replacing outside patio fascia/molding right away. Unfortunately discovered rot (not a surprise to me). The showed me the damage and were clear about the plan and it was all completed with about 30 man hours (a crew of 4) over parts of three days. My estimate for the repair was quadrupled due to the rot, but it was more than fair and I will use them again. Integrity is high on my values and they could have overcharged or done more than was necessary at several junctures
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Mike and his team took on my challenging basement that was only a slab of poorly laid concrete, no walls, a structural beam that was actually 12" too short and made it into a very liveable and awesome looking media room/man cave. I've worked in the industry for years and it was obvious to me that KBM Northwest had the know how and experience to do the job and do it right. They're price was well within budget and he was up front and honest with every expense that was not accounted for at the beginning and informed use of the money we save because they over estimated on some of the material. We did the basement in two phased and both times we come in under budget by about $500 -$1000 and this was on top of a very reasonable and fair market valued bid. They help greatly in the final layout of the room. They took into account what the room was going to be used for and made recommendations that we are grateful for now, that the room is in use. We will be calling KBM Northwest back when we decide to do more remodeling around my house.
Project included removal of old, smaller deck and construction of new (Fiberon) deck (about 30' x 18') including both wheelchair ramp and steps for access. Contractor was very conscientious about quality and meeting our needs. The contractor fully met or exceeded all expectations. This included dealing with very odd angles for the steps, as can be seen in 'Deck Step Detail', and construction of a ramp from the existing patio to deck level. The ramp is 5' wide. The ramp approach is colored, patterned cement as can be seen in 'Deck Ramp Approach Cement Detail'. Cedar fencing was installed by contractor. Homeowner will stain the fencing and add plantings for 3' out from the fence. I have no qualms about recommending PDP.
I hired Cedar Creek Contractors to construct a very large (25' by 30') 100% cedar patio cover in my backyard. They gave me some finishing ideas I hadn't thought of and it turned out beautiful. All of their workers were great to work with and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.
