My nine year old son is taking Ukulele lessons with Scott. He really looks forward to his time with Scott each week. Scott makes the lesson fun, while still covering a lot of ground musically. Scott is introducing our son to great music (Beatles, Bob Marley, Elvis) which really allows him to connect with an audience in a way that typical beginner music won't allow. We couldn't be more excited about our lessons with Scott and have happily referred him to many friends.

We went to Tara for guitar lessons for my 11 year old daughter. Tara makes it fun, very knowledgeable and easy to learn with. She's super sweet and the kids just love her. She's a good example and a beautiful person.

Sunga is an excellent musician and teacher. I've taken many ukulele classes with her over the past 4 years and have grown significantly as a musician because of her guidance and inspiration. I'm thrilled to now be a member of Ukestra Seattle which is a testiment to Sunga's skills as a musician and teacher. I highly recommend Sunga as a teacher to all levels of ukulele students seeking to expand their skills.

Wade is an outstanding instructor! My 11 year old son has been taking lessons with him now for almost a year and loves it! He has not only taught my son how to read sheet music, and numerous chords, but has also given him a love and appreciation for different types of music. I highly recommend Wade at BaLance Studios for anyone, any age who wants to learn guitar!

Our daughter has taken voice lessons with Aaron for about 3 years and really loves her time in his studio. Aaron has a wonderful ability to connect and has really helped her become the confident singer she is today. Bitterlake Studio is an extremely warm, positive, safe and inspriring environment and Aaron is the most supportive teacher. He is a very talented musician and a passionate and artistic person. His presence puts her at ease with a confidence to explore her strenghts and weaknesses. We are so grateful for Aaron making it a challenging but very fun learning experience for our daughter.

Mike Keeney is an awesome guitar teacher! I just recently started taking lessons with Mike and was immediately impressed with his talent and skills, passion, professionalism, and attitude. I have always been a bit shy about playing guitar but I feel at ease with Mike. I was also impressed with how quickly and competently he was able to assess my current skill level and provided specific exercises and tips to help me progress from exactly where I'm at today. I left my first lesson feeling empowered and inspired. I have worked with other guitar teachers in Seattle - some very awesome talented musicians and teachers - and I have to say, Mike Keeney is exceptional. Also, his fee's are very reasonable, and his office is comfortable and conveniently located on the south end of Aurora in Fremont.

My son has taken guitar lessons from Joey Archer for two years. It has been a positive experience from beginning to end. Joey has the ability to motivate kids to practice and improve without seeming like a bad guy. I highly recommend him!

Max taught me basic music theory and some scales. Max was very knowledgeable and was able to break down the lessons into smaller and easier steps for me to grasp.

I'm so glad we've found Scout. She's a joy to work with. She connects with my young daughter where she is, is both warm and firm and is introducing a wide range of beginning musical ideas. She has a great memory for what my daughter has already accomplished. We're very happy with our lessons.

Love this school! It's been great experience for both of my kids. We've been taking piano and guitar lessons for last 4 years

    About

I studied classical and jazz guitar at Gonzaga University, and have been playing professionally in the Northwest US for 5 years. I've taught for the Northshore School District, at Gonzaga University as a teacher's aid, I've worked closely with handicapped adults, teaching piano/vocal/guitar/ukulele lessons, kids age 5-17, and adults at a variety of different skill levels. Anything jazz, blues, r&b, funk, rock, country, classical, and just general music theory, I'm very comfortable teaching lessons.

    About

I am a one-man band. I play freestyle Ukulele and sing freestyle as well. With enough notice, I can play most anything, but my favorite is writing original songs specifically tailored for the individual hiring me. I charge $20 per hour and $100 for an original song (I can spend up to a long time writing them) and when purchased, the rights to the song are actually given to you, so you can essentially play it as your own. I am comfortable teaching ukulele if anyone would be interested in lessons. I play parties, dinners, sonnets, and whatever else you can think up. I have been playing and singing for close to three years now, and have been involved in several bands. I have busked all throughout Washington, and played with many other professionals. Essentially, I am your one-stop shop to musical enjoyment. You can hear me sing and play in the video posted. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon, Tyler Smiley

    About

I provide custom music lessons for those interested in learning the guitar, ukulele, or mandolin in the Enumclaw, WA, area. I make sure that each student is learning aspects of his or her instrument that appeal to him or her as well as learning the necessary skills to become a great musician. Music should be fun!

    About

Music is my life, it's what I do for a living. I have over 35 years experience in the field and I have been teaching for over 22 years. I have accumulated extensive knowledge from my years of playing different genres of music, many types of musical instruments, and equipment. My vast knowledge of music history is one of my perks. Not only will you be learning how to play, but I will also teach you the history behind the music. I make learning fun and easy to understand, for kids and adults alike, by using my "Pizza Theory". If you can order pizza, then you can understand the basis of music theory.
