I hired Mr. Hoff to represent me on a Forgery and Theft case. Mr. Hoff got the Forgery charge dropped and I entered a plea of Guilty to the Theft charge. Sentencing was delayed for a couple of months. This all took place in Clark County. Today, Jan. 15, 2015 was the sentencing. The DA was requesting for 60 days in Jail and Mr. Hoff presented arguments as to why I should not be put in jail. The Judge was really impressed with Mr. Hoffs' arguments and granted me EHC and congratulated Mr.Hoff on an excellent job done. Mr. Hoff was always very punctual for our Court hearings. I was very impressed with Mr. Hoff and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome attorney.
