Seth made our 4th of July celebration such a success! Food was delicious, and he is a pleasure to work with. He generated a good variety menu using all the ingredients I requested and very reasonably priced!!

    getting to know them, their wants, dreams, cravings, and knowing the peramerers to stay in and we build from there open communication through and through.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 23 years hands on expedience from every region in the U.S., I obtained my culinary certificate from the U.S. Navy, and am in process of obtaining my second from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
