When the Trails Club of Oregon offered "When help is Delayed" First Aid and for CPR training to our members, John Stubbs was our instructor. Northwest Responder did a very good job for our group. Many said they were pleased with John's knowledge, especially when faced with outdoor emergency situations. He had all the necessary equipment for the class and was well organized.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The majority of our classes are basic Adult CPR with First Aid and the American Heart BLS for the Healthcare Provider. Coming in second based on the number of times offered in a year would be the 2 day Wilderness First Aid course. In addition to training classes NW Responder does First Aid and Emergency Response stations for sporting and community events. Please call us any time for price quotes. Our office is open from 8-AM to 8-PM 7 days a week. Our Instructors are available for classes 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1) Don't assume brand name equals quality service. 2) Check level of service vs cost 3) Ask if there's any support offered before or after class? 4) Find out what the hours of operation are and do they have live after hour customer support?
