If you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired you may want to give Cranio-Sacral Therapy a chance. This complimentary approach to health and healing has a seemingly miraculous effect in re-establishing balance on a cellular level. It requires an experienced therapist to find the root cause of the problem, which may be well camouflaged. In practice, I approach the whole body and develop each treatment plan around the individual's needs. For example, shoulder pain may be caused at the base of the spine, this tension may strain the membrane that covers the shoulder or a twist in the pelvis may cause tension in the connective tissue that sheaths all muscles, bones and organs. In all of these cases, the CST therapist assists the natural corrective tendencies of the patient's body; in treating the whole -not just the parts.
