I had three contractors come to my home, and Vitaliy Litvinko was THE most professional. We had quite a mold problem in our kitchen, which spread to subfloor, cabinets and walls. He realized the importance of getting it out ASAP, as our health was at stake. Every step of the way in our new kitchen experience was met with Vitaliy's fantastic ideas, excellent recommendations and wonderful feedback. It was never awkward with he and his crew in our home for hours when we weren't there. I always felt safe. As a result, we ended up with a beautiful "Superior Built" kitchen, exactly what we wanted, that is so much more functional and beautiful than before. I would recommend Vitaliy Litvinko for any remodeling job. You will get excellent professional results at a very reasonable price.

Vitaliy remodeled my daughter and son-in-law's house and did a SPECTACULAR job!! Everything from removing walls, redoing wood floors, tile work, granite, electrical, plumbing, new windows, siding, painting, etc. etc. and the final result is stunning! He's very fair and sticks to his budget. Plus, he's a really, really nice guy!! Vitaliy did such an incredible job I'm hiring him to remodel my beach house. He's the best!!!

Vitaliy Letvinkos bid was chosen to remove and install new siding for our 16 unit Condominiums. He followed through with detailed contracts, county permits and completed the project as agreed . His ideas for design and color were excellent. As a General Contacter we were impressed with the professional people he hired and his care on making sure they were doing the job right and on time. Vitaliy is a problem solver and was able to work with the owners well. All of us were more than pleased with the finished project . Vitaliy is a General Contractor that is honest and takes pride in his work and we recommend him highly.

Vitaliy was hired to customize our hardwood floors. The job was complex in that it included an addition of hardwoods, refinish of existing hardwoods and complex repairs. More specifically, his services included:
- Reframing of master bedroom and customization of vent ducting.
- Individual board replacement of damaged wood.
- Old floor tear out and disposal.
- Addition of new wood flooring.
- Sand and refinish of old wood flooring.
- Stain and protective clear coat to preserve wood life span.
Throughout the process he maintained a high level of expertise and it was demonstrated through his clear and concise communications, his ability to coordinate with subcontractors effortless and his timeliness to finish the job. Most importantly, his pricing is fair, and his work far exceeds expectations.
I was so impressed with his thoroughness that I have already contracted him again to refinish our bathrooms. He comes highly recommended and we will gladly pass along his information to all of our friend and family.
