- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always working to prefect my food. My husband says "another book" when they come in the mail. I always tell people. "I will be on my death bed trying to cook"
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since I was 4 years old. It is in my DNA. It was not even a thought not to cook.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I prepare buffet style service. I love working weddings because I want their day to be the best ever.
