• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  Transparency is at the foundation of everything we do. We deliver detailed electronic quotes with an itemized list of all materials and labor costs. That means no surprises — you'll know exactly what you're paying for. We also make sure to review the quote with you, so you can ask questions, get clarification, or request changes to the project.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  Our team is here for you. Once we receive your initial request, we'll call to learn more about your goals: the scope of work, budget, and timeframe. If we're a good match, we'll schedule a time to visit your home and take a closer look, gathering measurements and taking photos to create a detailed estimate. When the estimate is ready, we'll review it with you (either in-person or over the phone) and make any changes or modifications as necessary.
• What types of customers have you worked with?
  We've worked with both residential and commercial customers. Most often, we work directly with homeowners. We've also partnered with architects, designers, and real estate investors to complete projects. Because we're a full-service general contractor, we'll also take care of the smaller tasks like collecting permits and working with your insurance company.
