Great at executing my wishes for a slight alteration in breed standard groom. Best nail job I have ever had in 6 years of professional mobile grooming. I am a collagen deficient senior who rough houses with my pack and require nails, not just trimmed, but filed round and rendered safe for paper thin skin. Ms. Wright understood perfectly and even on my two with black nails (impossible to see the quick) rendered them non-lethal! You don't get that kind of care at brick and mortar groomers. Even those that file, make an initial best guess cut and then file finish. To get black nails really short, one must take the slow approach with the Dremel and back off at the quick just before rupturing it. It is an art and best done by those without cages full of dogs barking in the background reminding them that they must rush to get the next one in line started. Also, she came inside and met the pack on their own turf, playing and kissing until everyone felt trusting of her. And mercifully, she does not spray them with any nauseating perfume that many groomers tend to favor.
