I’m 68 yrs old and enjoy dancing as a hobby. Since I started working with Mark a few months ago, my stamina, strength, balance and mobility have increased dramatically. I’m more toned, have lost several inches on my body and am very close to reaching my weight loss goal. His workouts are challenging, but safe and designed to meet my abilities and goals. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.Aug 11, 2020

This TOTAL BODY workout is amazing. I was always skeptical about weight lifting. This is not weight lifting. It’s a total body awesome workout. Yes strength, which is important to this 63 year old body, but also balance, coordination, core, butt, thighs, aerobics, arms TOTAL BODY and mindset. I do Mark’s workout three days a week and never not wanted to get up to do it, a first for me. I look forward to it. Mark is so knowledgeable about every exercise and explains it with ease and clarity.Jun 23, 2020
