Vlad and his crew did a beautiful job painting my entire house, inside and outside. The interior trim was new so it had to be caulked and sanded before painting. His guys met my very high expectations for quality. The result is beautiful! I had a complicated color scheme with lots of cut lines which they got perfect. I highly recommend TopView!

Vlad and his team took on a large interior trim project (window / baseboard / door frames) and did a fantastic job. They completed the job within the exact timeframe he estimated, and stuck to the budget we agreed upon initially. I plan on hiring Clear View again for all future painting jobs. (In fact we already have another one scheduled.)

We usually do a lot of our own interior painting, but had a very high, tricky corner on our stairwell that we weren't sure how to tackle. Vlad took it on, no problem, and did a swift, beautiful job. And he's so careful and steady that there was no need for retouching or a second coat. We found him respectful, personable, and responsible and will use him for all future paint jobs.

ClearView Painting just completed painting the entire exterior of my 1953 ranch style mid-century modern house in Portland. Vlad and Paul who painted the house did nothing short of an absolutely outstanding job in all aspects of the project... Communications - outstanding. Working with my interior designer - perfect. Prepwork- outstanding. Masking and Tape - outstanding. Qualify of paint - outstanding. Quality of workmanship and details - outstanding. Dealing with unforeseen conditions - outstanding. Wrapping up and finishing the job - outstanding. Price - incredibly competitive - they each deserved a big tip at the end of the job. They painted the Trex composite decking with no problem - they know the type of paint that works and is recommended by Trex. They even painted some bright white vinyl windows that stuck out and were not in keeping with the house style - again with the proper primer and paint. Incredibly hard working and focused - plus just extremely nice gentlemen to work with. If you have a clear-cut, well defined major house project that needs a top quality paint job - I give my highest recommendation to ClearView Painting. (They are well beyond dealing with difficult owners or projects that are too small). I see them advancing to the top levels of commercial painting rapidly - so hire them while you can.

I called last minute to get my new house painted and new floors installed. Vlad was able to fit me in and get all the work done by my move date. The work he did was perfect! His finish guy Leo was also punctual and professional. He did a great job getting our doors hung just right and installed a barn door over my pantry that looks amazing. I would hire both again and would highly recommend them to everyone.
