What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with a new customer, our first step is to gather their information and determine the best service offering to meet their needs and budget. We then schedule an appointment with one of our NATE certified technicians in as timely a manner as possible. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so clients can expect a member of our friendly office staff to give them a call following the service appointment to verify that all went well during their visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Trane Certified Comfort Specialists we are required to keep up on the latest and greatest trends in our industry. Also we are constantly testing our technicians to maintain NATE certifications.

Unlike many of our competitors, we charge by the job rather than by the hour. That means – NO SURPRISES! In addition, we also offer financing and our Comfort Club Maintenance Program, which provides our customers with outstanding annual maintenance as well as benefits throughout the year.
