I've been a business "solopreneur" for almost a decade, and through the years, as my business has survived the recession + grown, and also with life's changes, my personal goals have changed and my business vision has shifted. In my 8th year in business, I engaged Clearways Coaching services in order to gain clarity and direction in hiring help, and delegating more so that I could focus on business operations and sales. Jan is easy to work with. I pretty much got all I needed to get my accounts straightened out plus help with what I needed for my taxes. Best of all it was MUCH cheaper than my CPA charged me. I would use a good bookkeeper over a CPA any day for a small business. Jan did great and I will use her again.

Cher came to work for us when our prior book keeper found a new full time position just before the end of the year. We still had all of the end of year reporting to get done and of course file end of year taxes, Payroll reports, etc. She started immediately and her knowledge and experience made completing all of those tasks relatively easy. She was able to learn the basics of our business quickly. Cher is more familiar with QuickBooks online than the desk top version we use. We were unwilling to change at this time so she had to come to our office. As in all other things she was very willing to accommodate us. Cher is flexible and organized but also takes ownership of getting the job done correctly and on time. I am very happy with her work and pleased to recommend her to new clients.
