Introduction: 100% satisfaction. I will not leave a job until the customer is completely happy. The jobs that I goto, I go over the process with the home owner inside and out. I will explain what we will be doing, what we might run into, the good and the possible. I take time to show the customer how the windows operate and have them open and close the product before I leave. Meeting all different kinds of people. I like to hear the stories and what kind of experience's they run into with other glass companies. I always let the customer know that he/she should always ask questions even after the job is done. My direct number is given to them due any questions weather they think its ridiculous or not. The comfort of the customer is the most important.
