- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless I give a quote for the total price, I charge for the first hour and after that I charge in 15min. increments. For example, if I’m working on a laptop or desktop issue (which would be $60 for the hour) and I end up working on the issue for an hour and 15min. Charge would be $75
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MCSE, MCP and over 25 years of desktop, laptop and network support services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Home users, small business such as small software companies, accountants, utilities companies and many more.
