FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because water and fire damage may vary, it is very hard to quote a price for any particular damage without first coming out and inspecting the damage. We can then give an accurate line itemed quote that will be accepted by the insurance company if there is coverage for that damage. We can assure the homeowner that if the damage is covered by insurance, we will work with the insurance company and will not charge more than the insurance company will allow unless additional work is approved by the homeowner. Discounts for carpet cleaning are on a seasonal basis and can be negotiated based on the square footage of the cleaning needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customer contact is made, we will set up an appointment to inspect the property at the customer's convenience. if we are running late to the appointment, we will call to let the customer know of the time of arrival at least 30 min. before arrival. . Once inspection is complete, arrangements will be made for an estimate to be sent and if possible a schedule to begin the work process. When the workers arrive, the workers will wear protective shoe guards while in the home and will protect the floor to the work areas to keep foot traffic soil to a minimum. In some cases, containment can be set up to protect the family and their children from the work areas. Once work is completed, a final walkthrough is made to make sure all work is completed to the customers satisfaction.
