I interviewed and hired Emee at EJP Events approximately 8 weeks before my wedding. I was interested in a small simple wedding of app. 30 people. Emee and her team provided excellent support before the wedding by supplying vendor options for me to interview and hire, excellent communications throughout reminding me of deadlines, payments and overall progress on our very tight timeframe. On the day of the wedding, Emee was one of the first people to arrive and I knew that I would not have to concern myself with any of the details of the day. Her calm demeanor and smiling face added to the joy of my special day. I highly recommend her services.

J29 events was a lifesaver the month of my wedding! As someone planning my wedding in Portland (living in Seattle) their local experience was helpful. Their experience with weddings led to great recommendations for how to work with vendors, plan the full day and make vendor recommendations when needed. Nicole was wonderful on site, and she went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly; all the way down to moving her hours around to ensure my rental items were returned in great shape. I rated 4 not 5 only because in months leading to the wedding, I had to follow up on my sent emails a few times to get responses. Actual execution was flawless. Thank you!!

We loved Jaimee! We went to her for guidance and help for our last month before our wedding. We had reached the tipping point of stress and time available to go it on our own. Jaimee had us feeling relief from our first meeting. She took on our wedding planning with joy and commitment that made everyone involved feel great - us, our families, and our vendors. The wedding ceremony went off seamlessly with great reviews from everyone. The reception at another venue was decorated beautifully and also went off seamlessly with great reviews from our friends and families. There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Vanessa thank you so much for your support and love for weddings because we wouldn't have been able to do half of what we did without you!! We love you to the moon and back!!

We hired Snowrider Entertainment to DJ our wedding in Poulsbo. They did a great job! They came in and set up without any of our input or having to direct them. They provided a very stress free experience, and I can't think of a single thing that didn't go perfectly! Phil was very nice and professional. They did more than just play music. Phil helped us plan out the timing of each of the events of our wedding (dinner, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garder/bouquet toss, final dance), which was very helpful. When the day came and the events inevitably went a little off schedule, Phil was very flexible, and all the transitions and events went smoothly. I would highly recommend Phil and Snowrider Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ and Master of Ceremonies for their wedding.

My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.

Cassie is amazing! You get so much with Cassie, way more than what you actually pay for. I would hire Cassie again in a heartbeat! About four months away from the wedding, my family decided to switch venues. Instead of 120 guests, we now had 40. Along with that decision, my parents decided that a wedding coordinator was not necessary. About two months before the wedding they had a change of heart! They asked me to search for an available wedding Coordinator. I wasn't even sure I would be able to find someone that quickly. Luckily I found Thumbtack.com, and that’s how I was introduced to Cassie Isackson. I picked Cassie from a list of 8 separate offers. Cassie sounded very genuine and she responded to my inquiries right away. I was impressed with Cassie right from the start! She is so easy to get along with and it’s quite apparent that she really knows what she’s doing! There were no hiccups during the planning process and most importantly the actual wedding! She took care of all the important details. She orchestrated everything, and I mean everything! She coordinated with all the vendors including the florist, helped with set-up, rehearsal walk through, seating arrangements, ceremony, and so much more! It really made the last two months of planning go smoothly. It goes to show that even a smaller wedding needs a wedding coordinator. Cassie was a true lifesaver! My wedding was spectacular, and Cassie definitely played a major role in making that happen! She was a little bee buzzing around everywhere! She familiarized herself with the wedding party right away, and everyone immediately took a liking to her. I would hire Cassie to coordinate anything! Ric and I were very pleased the way Katy married us on 9/18/2016 Katy understood what we wanted and how we wanted it done.  We wanted a non-denominational wedding ceremony and she delivered it very well.  It was a beautiful wedding ceremony even my guests commented on it as well.   Katy, you were able to convince my husband to do the vows from the heart, since it was very important for me.  I remember how upset he was during rehearsal since I had not mentioned the intent of using the vow during ceremony. That was just 3 days before the wedding and he refused because he didn't think he could able to pour his heart out in just 3 days preparation., and that was a very, very busy time for him and I. Fortunately, she was able to convince him and he was able to speak from his heart about his feelings towards me on our wedding day.  That made me in tears since it was very beautiful. Katy handled moment by moment on our wedding professionally, including the other services that we asked for (bartender and servers) and we are thankful for that! As the best man for my brothers wedding, myself and the maid of honor were primarily involved with working with our coordinator, Melissa. To say the least, she was not only incredible, but far exceeded our expectations. I still don't know how many hours she must have spent of her own time to make sure that every request was met and fullfilled, but also she had all the tasks taken care of before we or the newlyweds-to-be even had the chance to be concerned about the details. She was professional, both in appearance and personality, and yet still had a way of making everything much more fun and exciting than we had anticipated. She showed up for every appointment early and stayed late to ensure she had everything covered. Most important, on the day of the wedding, all credit must go to her for everything running smoothly; that the bride had not a worry in the world because Melissa had everything running like a well oiled machine, she was worth her weight in gold. She impressed everyone in the wedding party and the family and will be the only coordinator that any of us will use in the future. Melissa made my new sister-in-laws dream wedding come true, which in turn made my brother happy beyond words. She has not only made us permanent customers, but we all consider her a close friend as well.
