I used Bass Mint Sounds for my wedding. Right up until the day before my wedding, there were "miscommunications" about the deposit, pricing, and the contract. I was stressed and had to make a backup plan just in case. The song I chose for my father/daughter dance was played in a techno type tempo and completely caught me off guard. The price was the lowest I found, but looking back, I would have paid more for less stress and worry. I would not recommend them for weddings, but maybe other functions like less formal parties or celebrations. When it came to playing music for everyone to dance, Sean kept people on the floor.Aug 10, 2017VerifiedSean J.'s reply
We do regret any dissatisfaction with our services, which is a rarity. In an attempt to avoid "miscommunications," we had requested (on numerous occasions, via email and text) a timeline, playlist, and a time to recon the venue. Timeline was never provided so we were forced to improvise and playlist was given to us an hour before the event was to start, we had rush to upload music, but did the best with what we had to work with. We never saw the venue until the day of the wedding.
We hired Sean and his son for our wedding last weekend and they were amazing! They kept the energy flowing the whole night long. Besides a few hiccups like microphone chirps and timing, which was on my part, everything was amazing. He provided lighting and was a great MC the whole night. We are looking forward to seeing him again in a few years for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you guys!May 18, 2015Verified

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We decide price by the size of your venue, distance we must travel and by what you equipment you would like us to provide; IE, lighting affects and how many watts of power do you want us to push (up to 4000w, as needed for the venue).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Recently retired from the military, but have been having a blast within this trade for years while traveling the world. We started in the early 90's, with a genuine love for music and dancing. I grew tired of hearing the music that makes you want to leave the dance floor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We inspire excitement, while providing ambiance through the use of synchronized dance lighting and effects.
