Columbus Home Staging provides objectivity and design skills to maximize your home’s visual appeal from the curb to each interior area. We provide fast improvements or a full makeover - whatever it takes to elicit that “Wow!” reaction from potential buyers that results in offers.
“A picture is worth a thousand words”...or rather a thousand showings in this case. Buyers make a decision to visit your home within 3-4 seconds of viewing the pictures online. After staging by our designers it is not uncommon for client properties to generate competitive offers from multiple love-struck buyers.
Our Process
Columbus Home Staging will use interior design techniques to “package” your home - stage it - to entice buyers to think, “This is the house I want to live in." We custom design your staging by considering factors exclusive to your home—neighborhood, current interior styles & trends as well as the demographics of likely buyers.
If we are supplementing your current belongings, we will be sure to find artwork & accessories that compliment your style, creating a flawless blend of our items and yours. Also we use pre-owned items when/where appropriate to reduce our environmental footprint. When using new items, we recycle as much of the packaging as possible and we use moving blankets and other packing/storing methods as opposed to plastic wrap.
