We try to find somebody that’s aggressive but not overbearing, somebody that has drive and desire to see the business grow. And that’s hard to find when it’s not their business. It’s just like employees, you find employees, they don’t take care of your equipment, they don’t take care of your trucks. But when you find somebody that does, treat them well and you’ll keep them.
