What is On-Site Personal Training?

I meet clients at their home, office/condo/apartment gym, or at one of the many outdoor locations Portland offers to conduct one-on-one or partner personal training sessions. If you don’t have excersie equiptment, don’t worry. I’ve got all the gear!

Meet at your home
All you need is a decent size room, with space to move around. I have all the gear including weights, mats, bands and more!
Meet at your gym

If you’re work, office, condo or apartment complex has a gym we could workout in, I’d be happy to meet you there!

On rainy days, there is a large undercover basketball coart at Irving park that’s a great place to set up shop and get a workout in!
Grant Park track & field
If you prefer cardio-based exercises, Grant Park has a great track and field. This is an agility exercise dream location!
Mount Tabor stair set
Mount Tabor in Southeast Portland has a several fantastic stair sets that pair amazing with a circuit workout. I’ll bring all the gear.

About Me

Exercising has been my biggest passion for almost 20 years. I started working out when I was in middle school and have been chasing my own fitness goals ever since.

I’ve been working as a personal trainer since 2014 and have helped 100’s of clients build muscle, lose weight, gain confidence, and accomplish their fitness goals.

My knowledge and understanding of exercise and health continues. I’d love to take that experience and help you get in shape, improve your health and build a routine to follow on your own!
