FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During Covid -19 pandemic I would appreciate super limited close contact with clients "limited to payment of services (close contact)" this is the only time I will be within a closer range than about 6 feet from clients, all verbal communications can be handled with the distancing guides, only payment or billing necessitates any closer contact and we have methods to avoid this in place as well, paypal payment available check cash can be left on counter ect. Thanks for your understanding. STAY SAFE Moving furniture is NOT included in carpet cleaning fee's, we do not move furniture. Maid service will be billed out at $25 an hour standard and $35 an hour for deep cleaning, all cleaners and tools are provided unless a special cleaner is needed and we dont carry it.There is a $50 minimum on all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone consult if needed give an estimate and then move on to the scheduling and planning stages. Be advised in sub basements if there are hidden stains under the padding they may show after service, if it on the concrete its probably in the concrete and i WONT be able to remove the stain from carpet until the concrete is removed, there will be an extra charge if I have to return to clean those stains and they aren't related to the initial cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a painter carpet cleaner and building cleaner in Los Angeles for 12 years, I learned how to clean carpets then and worked for West Coast Janitorial Supply Company owned by a friend at that time.
