- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in IT for other businesses, I wanted to be a solution for small businesses and people on their personal computer because I knew there was a need for professional IT in those areas.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I commonly set up networks, servers, back up cloud services, computer repair, tablet and smart phone repair, security, and virus removal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't always trust the bigger guys because of their name. These are the ones who will charge you an arm and a leg and by the end, you have no idea what they did for you that cost so much.
