John is a very intelligent, educated and compassionate trainer. John is also an amazing trx instructor. I am very comfortable working out with him and he knows how to push me too my maximum potential. I can say he loves being a personal trainer he is always there for his clients and goes out of his way for us. I have had other trainers throught the years and John is the best trainer i've worked with. I highly recommend him if you want results!!
Jen is an amazing personal trainer. She is professional and friendly. Gives great advice on everything from proper form to nutrition. She works you hard enough each time and comes up with different workouts. (Depends on what you want). She is very out going personality and doesn't make it awkward when working out. She will run with you (if running is on your plan) and go out the way to come up with workouts and nutrition plans. Side note, I am a volleyball student athlete and wanted to get trained for my season. She spent a lot of time coming up with a workout plan targeted to my goals. Overall, I would recommend to everyone.
I am disabled, SO Fitness, Sara & Courtney are the best trainers I have ever worked with, they push me to do and be the strongest person I am capable of being. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get in shape. They are more then just trainers to me their my friends and confidants !!

I have been attending Sarah's group training classes for almost one year. She is amazing for many reasons, and let me tell you why. First, her energy is contagious! There are not many days that I can remember over the past year that she has not had a smile on her face. But don't let her fool you--she's always smiling, but she's also very fierce. From beginning to end it is obvious that her goal is to challenge the class and make us push ourselves to be the best that we can be. She is always well prepared and comes to class with an action plan (and good music). Sarah demonstrates each exercise thoroughly and is not afraid to correct form when necessary--a quality of every good trainer. Her workouts are always well planned, and she mixes it up often with many days of total body exercises that target all areas. Her workouts are a great balance with no two days the same, and always something new and exciting to try. And although she likes to mix it up, Sarah is also very observant and recognizes when exercises aren't fully effective for the class. She is able to think quickly and make adjustments as necessary, which is extremely beneficial for her attendees. She is also very cognizant of the classes' abilities and is always willing to offer modifications for tougher exercises or work around specific disabilities any of us possess. I have overall had a great experience training with Sarah! She has so much to offer as far as healthy eating tips, workout tricks, and how to balance it all while still keeping it fun. She is extremely motivating, and I would highly recommend Sarah to assist in keeping you on track and in shape!

I am a seventy year old man still working at my technical and engineering consulting career. My business requires a lot of travel every week and a good deal of physical and mental stress. I have been using trainers at gyms for about four years. This is to keep my physical body in shape. Having had some serious strains and miner injuries from work and from working out I sought out a way to increase my cardio capacity and keep my body flexible and strong while I got older. I observed Greg Herceg working as my trainer and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about my concerns and the needs of my physical well being. He has been my trainer for about a year and I have been very satisfied with his program and his flexibility to meet the challenges of dealing with my needs. I have been able to over come plantar fasciitis and some back strains while he was working with me and was always helpful in being sensitive and knowledgeable about my bodies function and structure. I also observed his capacity to deal with an elderly in law Aunt who had serious medical problems and help her with improving her overall health while dealing with her physical issues. I highly recommend him as a Trainer.
Heather LaFond and her team really care about what they do. They are compassionate and work to figure out what works best for each client. They offer solutions for individuals, whether you've never worked out before or whether you're a seasoned veteran. They help you get back on track if you've been waylaid. They enjoy what they do and make working out fun. I've gone down pounds, inches, and many belt sizes since I started at Defiant Fitness. The trainers help you grow and celebrate your steps and triumphs! Each class offered gets your heart rate up and allows you to burn calories! The trainer Don does a great job of working with you while you're doing the workouts he puts together. I always feel tired afterwards, but never defeated and he does a great job of making timely workouts! The only time I'm working with him for over 30 minutes is because we chitchatted for a while before the session! Great trainer overall!
