Rachelle, our day of coordinator, was fantastic! We met with her a few weeks before the wedding to pass off all the details to her. Then she took care of keeping things moving the day of. She made the wedding day incredibly relaxing for us and we were able to focus on just enjoying our day. We even got rave reviews about her from our guests. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not believe in package pricing. We want our customers to know where their money's going. Even our planning services are built around hourly models - not a percentage of your wedding! 88 Events is able to offer very competitive pricing while not compromising service. This is due to our trained staff and the multiple services we offer, which also helps reduce the number of vendors involved. We will help you save on servicing costs and create a beautifully cohesive event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We've streamlined our new inquiry process to allow our customers to see all the options available to them and then select what they'd like to discuss. And wanting to talk about everything is okay too! We start with a general event questionnaire to find out what services and decor our customers are interested in and then we send a customized pricing brochure for them to review and make selections from. Then when they're ready to have their free initial consultation, they can feel confident, not overwhelmed, by all the details to discuss!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are Certified Planners and our team has a variety of degrees from Business Management to Art Education. We are a forward-looking team who embrace new ideas and custom design opportunities. We also educate ourselves on new and upcoming trends instead of simply keeping up with them.
