- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am regulated by the Wisconsin Association of Realtors and have liscensing requirements annually which keep me up to date on any new laws and information required for todays standards. I welcome any opportunity I have to attend keynote speakers and economists talks to learn any new information to be able to guide my customers and clients through a wide array of legal jargon and to be able to answer any questions.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In the real estate world, simply put, all companies within the multiple listings system all work in cooperation with each other. To assist you most effectively, it is in your best interest to work with only 1 realtor that can become your eyes and ears as they know what you are looking for and can and be working for you everyday. As new listings come on the market you agent would be able to provide you with all the informaton within 24 hrs of it coming on the market no matter who has it listed. It will save you so much valuable time to take care of those important things in your life.
