Sandra was hired for two cooking classes as part of a program for cancer patients and caregivers. She was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, she provided useful tips that can be applied to a wide variety of meals, and she was knowledgeable and sensitive to the special challenges and needs of the audience. The feedback we received from the participants were unanimously positive and they all have asked for her to come back again soon.

I have so much fun receiving instruction from Cooking In The Raw. Its always simple steps to creating healthy delicious meals. He takes all his years experience and breaks down to where all of us can cook quick good for you meals in a short period of time. Cooking In The Raw shows us how to cook seasonally, which I had never given that a thought before. The best part, he does it in a fun engaging way. I continually learn from him regularly and utilize his teachings over and over again. Imagine getting a couple friends together in your kitchen for a couple hours and cooking together online with him. How fun would that be? Thanks Cooking In The Raw "Larschelby"! My 1st picture is "from scratch" chicken broth. (Did Not Realize how easy this could be) I use this in so many different things. It's a great base to a lot of meals I make. Brett was easy to work with. He came up with an excellent menu for a baby shower that was unique, fresh and delicious. My guests were not only wowed by the food but the presentation as well. Will plan on Brett for a wedding shower at my home in the future. Highly recommended!!
