Introduction: We stand out from the crowd through not only our product, but our services. We are the ONLY Globaco truck in the country...a true original when you hire us. You can certainly hire a truck that serves pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, and items you see every day, but you can only get a Globaco from us! In addition, due to the size of our truck, it is outfitted with equipment for a full kitchen. Many trucks have only one cooktop or a small oven and that's it...NOT THE CASE WITH THE FAST FOODIE! We have a full oven and stove; a large flat top, two fryers, and a great deal of refrigerated storage space so we can make virtually anything! We can also customize your menu for you and deviate from our normal selection of Globacos. Most trucks do not do this for you...we have the equipment and capabilities to create the right menu for you! Due to the size of our vehicle, we can run two service windows for your event so your guests have shorter waiting times...that is not the case with most trucks. We have done events for over 300 guests so know that we can move quickly. Our Globaco service line has been designed to have an average wait time per guest of 50 seconds...not five plus minutes like other trucks. I love serving my customers. Having someone say that our food is the most creative and amazing stuff they've had just brings a smile to my face!
