- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. It is based upon three different things...the number of guaranteed people served; portion size, and number of menu choices. If we are customizing the menu, we will price that out separately, but our pricing is pretty easy to figure out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive constant alerts via text and email of latest developments and also subscribe to several online and print publications to keep up on trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My undergraduate degree got me interested in the hospitality business and I have always wanted my own business. The flexibility of the food truck business is much greater than having a brick and mortar restaurant and I just love being able to come to my clients.
