    Can't thank you enough!
    Jeremy has been my trainer for over a year now. In that time he has helped me cultivate a body that has stayed injury free! I feel immensely stable and strong. I can't say enough about what Jeremy has helped me accomplish and with only about 20 minutes Per day 1-2x per week. Again, I can't say enough about fitness revolution. Thank you Jeremy!

    Amazing workouts with Jeremy Belter
    My wife and I have been training with Jeremy Belter for approximately 1-1/2 years. We are part of the baby boomer and older market. Jeremy has been amazing for us! Every workout is SAFE, yet still challenging, fun and results oriented. Jeremy truly cares about his clients and really wants them to be successful whatever their goals.     Jeremy is a driven and energetic individual that takes great pride in his work. I enjoyed that every time I trained, I could look forward to a different workout. Jeremy expertly crafts workouts to range approximately 30-40 minutes and to achieve maximum results. He is great at modifying workouts and providing stretching exercises to relieve pain, accommodate injuries, and overall strengthen your body. He offers a flexible morning and evening schedule, so I could still train three times a week despite my busy schedule.     I've been working on getting fit with Jeremy for a year and a half now and I can't imagine ever quitting! Here's what I love about his workouts- every day features 4-6 different exercises with music and his workouts are only 30 MINUTES LONG. They are intense and tough so that's all you need. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition. I tell everyone who is interested to check it out!!

I am getting great results with Jeremy even though I am spending less time working out than I ever have. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They must be proactive and coachable. The first thing is to follow instructions and compliance by filling out an online form. Then they come in for consultation to see if they might be a good fit for us. Finally, we will make recommendations based upon current abilities and future transformation goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do keep up with my personal trainer certification and I have several different types of certifications. I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from a small local Christian college.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Price ranges are dramatically different depending on service provided, length of time, travel, and how many clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
There were many options for me but I wanted to help people on a deep level and fitness and health is one of the biggest ways to do that.
