Price ranges are dramatically different depending on service provided, length of time, travel, and how many clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They must be proactive and coachable. The first thing is to follow instructions and compliance by filling out an online form. Then they come in for consultation to see if they might be a good fit for us. Finally, we will make recommendations based upon current abilities and future transformation goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do keep up with my personal trainer certification and I have several different types of certifications. I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from a small local Christian college.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
There were many options for me but I wanted to help people on a deep level and fitness and health is one of the biggest ways to do that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Baby boomers, entrepreneurs, business professionals, affluent, moms, retirees, and couples.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
"Jeremy is a knowledgeable and trustworthy trainer who I would highly recommend. He is a great person who cares about each of his clients as individuals. Workouts are always geared toward individual needs and abilities. Jeremy pays attention and is always worried about his client's well-being. I am getting great results with Jeremy even though I am spending less time working out than I ever have. I have gone from working out 4-5 times/week for 1 hour to working out 2 times/week for 30 minutes. It has reduced my stress level and I have so much more time to spend with my family and friends. Jeremy has also played a significant part in rehabbing my chronic back pain. He suggested stretches, changed exercises in workouts, and was constantly monitoring my progress."

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should ask questions regarding experience, results, and philosophy. They should look at vision, mission, and reviews prior to contemplating investment amount.
