My wife and I have been training with Jeremy Belter for approximately 1-1/2 years. We are part of the baby boomer and older market. Jeremy has been amazing for us! Every workout is SAFE, yet still challenging, fun and results oriented. Jeremy truly cares about his clients and really wants them to be successful whatever their goals. We have noticed increased strength, better balance and increased energy. The short, ½ hour, high intensity workouts, a few times a week fit into our schedule easily. Jeremy is a driven and energetic individual that takes great pride in his work. I enjoyed that every time I trained, I could look forward to a different workout. Jeremy expertly crafts workouts to range approximately 30-40 minutes and to achieve maximum results. He is great at modifying workouts and providing stretching exercises to relieve pain, accommodate injuries, and overall strengthen your body. He offers a flexible morning and evening schedule, so I could still train three times a week despite my busy schedule. Jeremy genuinely cares about helping clients achieve results whether it is muscle gain or weight loss. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price ranges are dramatically different depending on service provided, length of time, travel, and how many clients. However, you can plan to invest a minimum of 50 per one on one training session and 20 to 30 for group training. Please note that training is limited by space and current standing clients. Please if you are just comparision shopping based on price we are probably not going to be the right fit. However if you are looking for someone that has trained 20,000 sessions, upwards of 10 certifications in fitness and nutrition, college educated, and a caring, compassionate coach I might be the right fit. Most importantly this is about you, your goals, what you want to accomplish and how we are going to get there together as a team!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?They must be proactive, kind, and coachable. Then they come in for consultation to see if they might be a good fit for us. Finally, we will make recommendations based on current abilities and future transformation goals. We are not the right fit for everybody and are interested in training baby boomers, retirees, and beginners. Our best clients either do not fit in at the gym, do not want to go there, or struggled to get long-term results in minimal amounts of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I do keep up with my personal trainer certification and I have several different types of certifications. I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from a small local Christian college.
