Latest Review: Jeff is a great personal trainer who takes the time to research specific exercises for each of his clients. For me I was recovering from a significant disk injury and Jeff was able to come up with personal training workout plans that helped strengthen other muscle groups while my back was still recovering yet. I was worried about keeping a good form with all of my exercises and he was there to point out when certain muscles fatigued and correct my form as needed. He definitely has tough love when it comes to pushing clients to their max, but does so professionally and in a fun manner. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is new into personal training or someone who does not know what they are doing in the gym. Thanks Jeff!!!

Latest Review: I have been working with Ben for just under a month now. The results so far are amazing. The first two weeks were really tough to get back into being so active but Ben was patient and adjusted workouts on the fly to fit my needs. I've been progressively feeing stronger and have had higher energy levels and stamina throughout the day. Latest Review: I’m a former US Navy SEAL who was recently shot in the calf by ISIS while volunteering as a civilian in Iraq. After recovering enough to work out, I began to work with Austin 3-5 days a week. My goals were to lean up and restore my strength and cardio after not having been able to lift or run for almost two months. It’s been about 7 weeks, and I’m stronger, leaner, and faster than even when I was in the military! Thanks to Austin, my resting heart rate is even at the level of “a highly conditioned athlete.” If you’re able to do multiple sessions with him per week like I did, your results will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced. Also, due to his gym’s business model, his personal training rates are about HALF of the competition’s! Bottom Line: I can’t speak highly enough of Austin. He’s fun to work with and knows his stuff! I recommend him to all of my friends and even my own family.

Latest Review: I've been working out with Jason well in excess of 5 years. The workouts are never the same, are always challenging, and keep you engaged because they are fun. I have a job that requires me to sit most of the day and do have some soreness/pain. Jason worked with me to modify some exercises to minimize any pain and also strengthened my core. I have less pain overall as a direct result of the workouts. I've also become substantially stronger and more balanced because of the strength/stability exercises. I would recommend Jason to persons of any fitness level or fitness goals. He'll work with you, whatever your goals may be.
