Latest Review: I reached out to Jai towards the end of April after a realization hit me like a brick wall. I was heavy, unhappy, had zero self-confidence, and I couldn’t recognize who this person was looking back at me in the mirror. I knew I had to make some serious lifestyle changes, but I didn’t know where to start or how to keep myself motivated beyond the first few days.
