    Jim was one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. In addition to the creativity and rigor he brought to each class, he consistently found new ways to challenge us to achieve new levels of personal development. His dedication to the practice is unmatched. I don't think he missed a single class in the entire 18 months he was my instructor which made all of us feel appreciated and motivated. He was truly amazing, and I recommend him highly.

    I learned so much from working one on one with Jen. I could never quite motivate myself to be consistent with a workout regimen - now I feel empowered. She took the time to develop a program that would challenge me, while ensuring it included components of my favorite mind-body workouts, like yoga and pilates. With her help, I look and feel great - both inside and out. She's incredibly knowledgeable and takes on a holistic approach - so you're kind to your body while achieving results you never thought possible. Seriously - if someone told me at the beginning I'd be able to do the splits in a few months time, I'd never have believed it. Lifetime fitness goal, achieved!
