He is a man of his word. And I think that's a hard thing to find in this industry. I've had so many contractors not show up or even complete jobs. Not with Matt, he is always on time and delivers on what he says he will. He does great work!

MH Renovations, LLC provided oversight and renovation services for our condo including installation of two electric fireplaces, lighting, installation of a large medicine cabinet, removal of a large built in hutch, and a variety of other projects. Matt did an incredible job, priced his services reasonably, and could be relied on to be on location when he committed to doing so. His honesty was reflected in the fact that we provide him with keys to our condo building and unit with no concern on our part.

MH Renovations did a major remodel for me. 2 bathrooms, family room, laundry, deck, windows, and misc items. They were honest, affordable, and dependable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For many projects we do offer standard pricing, but there are many variations in the home improvement process as far as material cost and type of project. Every home is unique and does not always fit into standard pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin a new project, I like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 72 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because the home remodeling industry is always improving products and materials , we attend many shows and training to help inform customers of options for their projects.
