Mr Krueger contacted me right away and showed up as we agreed. He was friendly and had a mask to wear (even though I had one available) when he entered the house. His fee was quite reasonable and did a fine job. I would recommend him to others in the Fox River Valley area. KCD, Waupaca

He forgot a lot of his tools. He did a poor job on the lower & upper registers. I had to take him back into piano room & tell him which keys were still flat or sharp. Very unprofessional appearance also.
