House had a lot of mold on it and after Jim was finished it looked like a new coat of paint had been put on it. Service was very reasonable and was scheduled pretty fast.

We have only positive things to say about Jim. We were a bit hesitant to hire him because his fee was considerably less than other quotes - you get what you pay for? We were wrong. We got more than we paid for. The floor looks great. Jim was timely, very neat and professional.
