- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally have a phone conversation with a new client to get a sense of what they are looking to get out of the coaching relationship and determine if it is a good fit. What a client is looking for determines how we proceed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* B.A. in Psychology - University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. * M.B.A. in Human Resources & Operations Management - College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA. * Certificate from Spiritual Guidance Training Program - Siena Retreat Center, Racine, WI. * 20+ years of professional Human Resources Generalist experience supporting multiple business functions. Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, retail and food service industries. * 5 years as a spiritual director/life coach.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend selecting someone you feel comfortable talking to and with whom you are easily able to develop a rapport. Look for someone who actively listens to what you say and offers guidance, but ultimately allows you to decide what is best for you.
