I offer Career Coaching and Resume Writing, Spiritual Direction and Life Coaching. I have a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia, and M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary and certificate from the 2 year Spiritual Guidance Training Program at the Siena Retreat Center. With over 20 years of professional human resources experience, including recruiting and organizational development, I know what an employer is looking for in a candidate. My experience also includes employee relations and employee/personal development. I am certified as a leadership trainer. I have seen tremendous growth in client life satisfaction during my 5 years as a spiritual director/life coach. By listening to what you say and offering it back to you from a perspective you may not have considered, I will challenge you to think of situations in your life in new ways and offer you various avenues for expanding your life. I will help you discover what works best for you. I love working one-on-one with someone, helping them to get in touch with their life's purpose, be it personal, professional or spiritual. Often, these are linked. I enjoy seeing others take action to achieve their life goals. Making a positive difference in the lives of others is my driving force.
