• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  In May 2014 I completed my MFA in Photography with an emphasis in Fine Art photography from the wonderful Academy of Art University. I learned so much from the program, from technical proficiency to business approaches to ways to various ways to expand on my creative ideas. It was also very influential because that is where I fell back in love with film!
• How did you get started doing this type of work?
  Photography has been in my life for a very long time, thanks to my father. He had a camera with him for as long as I can remember. On family road trips to Florida he would insist on stopping on some lonely, deserted road to take some photos. It wouldn't be until many years later that I would come to appreciate his eye for the beauty in the ordinary.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
  Don't be afraid to ask questions! Photographs last a lifetime and it is important that you are comfortable with the photographer you choose!
