Introduction: As a trainer I look to motivate others and and consider myself not only a coach, but an educator, confidant, role model, and friend. My goal is to help you stay consistent to reach the dreams you have for yourself. I started personal training while in college and applied the education from my bachelors and masters in exercise science to get incredible results. In addition to personal training, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach for 5 years with many Universities and professional sports clubs. I help maximize your time by providing workouts designed to meet your goals quickly and efficiently. Supervision – Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers. Need someone to spot you while you do pull-ups? Looking for feedback on your running form? No problem-that's what I'm for-to observe, assist and, if necessary, correct as needed. Sports-specific Training – Many amateur and professional athletes work with me during the off-season to prepare themselves for in-season competition. Whether you want to shave some strokes off your golf score or beat your brother-in-law at tennis, I can tailor your program to your sport of choice. Injury Rehabilitation – Injuries and accidents can prevent you from participating in your favorite activities. I, however, can make the road to recovery a smooth one by recommending exercises that emphasize overall muscular balance to prevent future injuries. Special-needs Training – Research confirms that individuals with health challenges such as diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis or heart disease benefit greatly from regular physical activity. These conditions, however, can make exercising safely a challenge. I am experienced in designing programs that address the special needs of others. I have worked with the special olympics in the past as well. Ego Boost – It's a fact-feeling good makes you look good, and vice versa. Not only can I help you achieve your health and fitness goals, I provide you with positive feedback on your performance and bolster your confidence to take on new challenges. The greatest joy I receive from training is seeing someone break free from the mundane and defeating lifestyle they are living. I love to see people achieve their goals and do things they never thought possible. I have prepared people for sporting events, weddings, recreational hobbies, and overall healthy lifestyles. Personal Training

I hired Cameron to lead a small group senior fitness class on an in-going basis. While we have had a rough time maintaining a regular schedule (due to COVID and visitor restrictions - not on Cameron’s end), he has been super flexible and continues to check in, even subbing for a few other trainers. I’m very impressed with his credentials and his responsiveness. The seniors loved him and he adapted super quickly to changes in his planned routine when one of them needed alternatives.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I, Cameron,  have been invested in your health and fitness journey since I was 16. I have invested 1,000s of hours into mastering my craft. I read a wide variety or sources, and, I am constantly making network connections and refining my craft. I have so much invested in my education, and hours spent testing and researching, that I cannot work for less than $90 per session. I reduce my rate when you purchase up front based on how many months you're committing to. This shows me that you are serious and value my time, knowledge, expertise, and guidance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My ideal client is someone who is willing to commit to my process. They are not interested in a quick fix but would like to be taken down a path of healing, and move from healing to functional fitness. On this journey they will do Physiotherapy exercises Traditional weight room exercises Wholistic training The difference in what the client receives when working with me is based upon their goals. This is determined in the first interview with client. The client will not start where I want them to start, but the client will start where they see fit. I will facilitate this process for them1 in the safest and best manner, but by absolving my responsibility for the choice they make. I agree and know that in the process of health and fitness there will be setbacks. Setbacks are not necessarily anyone's fault, but just the body adjusting to new demands. Not everyday will be sunshine and rainbows. My gift is knowing when to push clients and when to pull them back. Ultimately, what I want is for all of my clients to flourish - and I understand this takes time as the foundation is laid. I agree and know there are levels to the health and. fitness journey.
