- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are below industry standards. I have low overhead cost. Therefore I can pass on the savings. I find my clients enjoy the savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most often I will meet with a client discuss their needs and set up a course of action that meets their requirements. I can then set up an accurate quote to present to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction trade's most of my life.
