Bill started out as a great resource. His pricing was very competitive. But I guess you get what you pay for. The project took 10 times longer than he quoted. Every day there was another "issue" that kept him from completing the work. He would say he was going to be working, and we would go there and no one showed up without any calls or texts to let us know. Most things were completed as we had agreed, but there were a lot of things left at the end that were either done poorly or not done at all. I reached out to him afterwards when we had reviewed all of the work with a laundry list of things that still needed to be completed or fixed. I got a response that he would be happy to come out and correct anything that we weren't happy with, and then I never heard from him again. That was over four months ago.
