I've never met someone before who was so excited about taking on the challenge to repair my laptop. I had a malware problem. He asked me a few questions to make sure he understood what my problem was with the laptop. The repair was done the same day I dropped it off. I found his prices extremely reasonable. Rich is a very friendly person who has a passion for computers, he gets excited about the challenge to fix it. I am absolutely thrilled with Novell Consulting. He was able to tune-up my computer, as well as, remove all the malware, in record time (had it back the next day) . My computer was ailing badly and I was fearful of data loss. I reached out to Thumbtack (something new for me) and connected with Richard Novell, who I felt did a great job in getting to the source of my PC's problems, correcting them, and getting me back in business again. He was very considerate of my situation, he listened well, explained things at a level I could understand, and was very fair with his fees. Richard even followed up with me to make sure everything was operational.
