Introduction: I'm a nationally certified home inspector which means I am required to have more training and take more examinations then some other inspectors. I exceed what the state requires in a home inspection giving you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your home purchase. I enjoy educating my clients about their possible new home. I talk about maintenance items, things that need attention to keep the house in good shape. I point the good as well as the not so good and encourage question all along the way.

Home Inspection

I feel he was very professional and easy to work being younger and single female I didn't feel talked down to, and he with had good tips and things to look for in the future and at the moment to have repaired before buying.

Pre Purchase Home Inspection

Glenn was great, he was early like other reviews stated. Was already inspecting property before I arrived. Thoroughly explained any findings and didn't mind having me as a shadow.

Home Inspection

Glenn was very thorough and made sure we were completely involved in the inspection by asking us if we had questions throughout the ENTIRE process. He provided a notepad for us to take notes even! Glenn discovered aspects of the home we hadn't considered. The home he inspected was a foreclosure which had been vacant for 2yrs. Glenn had to work twice as hard but he kept a positive, funny disposition about the job. The color printed report was delivered the same day & was very detailed and included pictures and comments of items to correct immediately, secondarily and optionally. I would recommend Glenn to my family and closest friends! I'll be utilizing him again for my next purchase!

Home Inspection

Glenn was really detailed in his report. Once he finished I received the report in only a few hours. Easy to talk to and willing to take on any questions you may have (though my wife and I only had a few since it was our first home and didn't know exactly what to ask). For the house we had inspected it was 1,189sqft and it took about 1 1/2 hrs.

Home Inspection

Glenn was outstanding. Glenn talked us through the process before beginning his work. Glenn asked us throughout the inspection if we had questions, explained what he was doing, and gave us information on how to prevent future issues and savings. I would recommend and use Glenn in the future.
