Overall great experience with chef jay the creativity of the whole event was worth everything and I mean from start to finish the dishes was served with great portions with each serving. Definitely wil be booking again in the future thanks again.

Chef Jay communicated so well throughout the whole planning process and was such a great time to have around! Guests were over joyed with the food too and were surprised that everything was well seasoned and still warm even though it was all premade! We hosted a holiday dinner party for 14 people and Chef Jay was great. Good personality, good communication, and he takes pride in his cooking. Highly recommend the crab cakes and Mac n Cheese, both were fantastic. There was a ton of food, enough to feed 20+ so we have a ton of leftovers! I forgot to take pictures so hopefully Chef Jay can add some to the review.

Jay made our anniversary a memorable one that’s for sure ! He is not playing around in the kitchen at all . Some of the best food I’ve had the pleasure to taste . Everything was cooked to perfection 10/10 would recommend for any occasion . Definitely will be contacting him again !

I am a self taught chef for the most part . I received my certifications at roberti culinary pathway to work in any kitchen. I have work in 3 upscale hotel as cook and learned different cooking methods to better my crafts for myself and also for my client.
