- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for services is based on time investment and desired outcomes. There are no long-term contracts, all services are guaranteed. Any agreement can be ended at any time with 30 days notice by my client or my team
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annual training on Talent Management Assessments and reporting. Quarterly training with other coaches and consultants
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've owned 13 businesses. Not all were successful. If I had access to the information that I's sharing with my clients now, I would not have failed in my early attempts at business ownership
