FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being laid-off from my job as a food editor, I decided to take the plunge and become a personal chef. Becoming a personal chef has allowed me to continue what I do best, cooking for others and researching and testing recipes. It's a win-win situation for my clients and myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I do would be cooking weeknight meal packages. Some of those meals are left in the fridge and the rest frozen for future enjoyment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a personal chef that takes the "personal" seriously. The menu on my website is just an example of what I can do. I take each client and design a menu that fits their needs and lifestyle. I have worked with clients that are on seriously restrictive diets and those that just want some good cooking like their mom or grandma made. I am extremely flexible in accommodating your needs.
